LACK OF SERVICE

I have been renting a printer from them for less than a year. For the last year I have been having problems with their printer and they just don't give any feedback. Last week they told me that my printer will not be able to work in my shop as it cant take the work load. This after their sales manager told us that it will be perfect for my shop. Now that I want to terminate my contract with them for breech in contract they just don't want to terminate it. I wont suggest their office or branch for any printers.
