STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND

I have been fighting to get my refund for 4 months! I registered and paid to do a CIMA course in April 2021, I was then given the run around for months on when the course would be starting. In September 2021 I requested a refund with the course administrator Arnelle Meyer after back and forth on when we'd start. I was then guaranteed that classes would start in the second week of Jan 2022, so I stayed. After being given the run around for the following three month, no timeline or text books I requested refund in April 2022. I have sent all my docs and have not received my refund after FOUR MONTHS.

This is not a small sum of money and the fact that I still don't have a timeline on when I'll be receiving it is appalling. If I could give them negative stars I would. DO NOT REGISTER WITH THEM!
