Sent back and forth

My daughter was a 1st year student last year at CPUT Mowbray Campus. This year, however, she has taken up an internship and therefore needs to be registered with another Institution of learning. In order to register, she requires the official Academic Report fro CPUT. That being said, she visited the CPUT campus every second day for the past 2 weeks. On Monday, 8/02/16, she was told the the document would be ready on Wednesday,10/02/16. When she arrived there on Wednesday, a notice had been put up saying that the results were not available. Her results are available online but that is not what she requires for the registration and CPUT (admin) is aware of this. My calls to their Office remains unanswered. I called *** which redirects after a while to Bellville. I was given two numbers and names - both these people, do not answer their phones. It eventually rings off. The closing date for registration is the 14/02/16, however, registration must be done in person, which means it needs to be done tomorrow.!! No one seems to be at work at CPUT.
