Registration nightmare

Last year I studied entrepreneurship 1st year and passed all my subjects with flying colours. I decided to change my course to marketing this year, I app**** for this last year september now classes already began and I am still on the waiting list, all my lecturers are trying to get me off the waiting list and the head of marketing department even wrote letters to the lady in charge of accepting students. The admin at the faculty office are really not helpful at all, they always texting on their cell phones while I try to explain the situation, they always turning me away, telling me to come back tomorrow or referring me to different people to talk to who can never be found. Everyone of them gives different information and today I decided to register & continue with the entrepreneurship course because I am missing all my classes due to CPUTS lack of professionalism. I just paid the registration fees and now they saying \I'm not permitted to register at this time"yet they happily took my money"
