Refund to be paid back

I have been trying to get hold of you for over 2 weeks now for a refund. My daughter app**** last year for the EMC degree course. She went for the interview and was successful, but unfortunately her end result was not to your satisfactory. I paid R1750 that was refundable and now that I want my money back, no one seems to come back to me or respond to my mails.

Kindly get back to me as a matter of urgency.
