Poor Administration

In 2013 I app**** to register with CPUT. Paid registration fee, no feedback. No reply to emails or phone numbers.<br> 2014 paid again for registration - no feedback, no reply to emails or phone numbers. See on SOS site that I was registered in 2013, but the site was not available then. What happened in 2014? CPUT took money again, but no indication that I was accepted. Got pin etc. to register online on SOS website, but cannot do as it is not allowed. Michelle Thomas was the only one trying to assist via email, but still no joy. I need one subject to complete my diploma in Real Estate.
