Outstanding balance

Hi, i'm kecia. i app**** to cput in the year 2023 and was accepted. my application with nsfas for a bursary was a huge mess and i unfortunately could not get a bursary . by this time i have already registered with cput and could not deregister. i received an sms in july 2024 to settle an outstanding balance of R20000 which was the whole balance of my course but i did not study at cput . i didnt even go to orientation. i received an email for payment arrangements and i sent an email explaining my situation but no one got back to me . my account has been handed over to vericred who now explained that i will just have to settle the bill .
