No reply on account query

Good day I studies at cput from 2*** doing a diploma in operations management which I completed, since I have been taking car of the fees myself I was behing on my 3rd year. That lead to my account being handed over to absa vericred. Finally last year I managed to settle my account and was given a 20% discount by vericred. When I went into my sos site to re-apply for an advanced diploma, I noticed that I had an amount that I owed them. I reached out with an email which belonged to a Mr Kunene first he responded and asked me to email my settlement letter which I did. After no reply for weeks, I then reached out to Ezra which I forwarded the emails with Mr Kunene, she/he also asked me to forward the settlement letter which again I did. Till today I have not heard from them. I am unemployed and have no money to go on campus. I also have been accepted to do my advanced diploma.
