No accepted to study and a ****py service

In July last year I made a phone call to CPUT, Cape town campus to enquire about a Btech project management. I spoke to Ms Ketse and I told her that I needed to apply to study Btech in project management, I asked her are the applications open and is there still a space? She confirmed that there is ALOTof space and I mst forward submit my application. I paid the fee they required to get a printed copy of my academic record, I then submitted my application with the academic record and I was told. I then followed up in August with phone calls to track the status of my application, I was told its pending. I kept on calling until beginning of December and I ws told that the process might be completed by the 2nd week dec 2015. In January 2016 I checked the status of my applctn on their website, I discovered that I was declined. I called Ms Ketso to find out why I was declined, she referred me to Mzamo Mbedla,saying that he is responsible for selection. I asked Mbledla why ws I declined because I qualify for the course, he said there's no space. I asked how come bcoz i was told there's space? He said they cud hve ran outa spc during th 10 min i drove from work to them. Ths's n't possible!
