nightmare!!!all i need is my national diploma!

Management at this place is HORRIBLE. I was last registered as a student in 2011. In 2012 i had to relocate to pretoria due to family matters and for that reason i contacted my department to request a permission letter to go and complete my 3rd year modules at TUT.

Long story short i came back with all my modules completed only to be told by the new Hod prof tenge that i cannot graduate at cput due to the policy that says i need to complete atleast 50% of my exist modules for me to graduate at cput. TUT says i cannot graduate with them because CPUT holds more than 50% of my qualification. This matter is been dragging since last year, i am worried and frustrated that if this doesnt get sorted and if i dont get to graduate this year, my diploma lapse next year.

CPUT is REFUSING to take RESPONSIBILITY that they have GIVEN me a PERMISSION to go and COMPLETE my 3rd year MODULES at TUT. The hod says his department doesnt have the authority to wave the rule for me to graduate. The deans office isnt responding to my emails.

I want to take this matter further,but how do i do that if i cant get through to the dean and hear if cput says "NO we dont give rats ass that our HOD overlooked the 50% rule and awarded a permission letter,so go ahead and take us to department of higher education".

i actually thought id be doing my btech this year,but here i am still battling this.
