I want my REFUND

After been wait listed almost through 2 months into the first semester, the Public Relations department accepted my application on the 28th of February 2019. The registration fee was due that same day, which I paid. Moving from a different province isn't easy almost 2000km away. Now the residence department has given me the run around long enough, how "Chantal the placement officer is sick" , "went to the doctor", "isn't around". Till to date 13 March 2019,where I decided to deregister as I cannot move without having accommodation. Now I want my R745 as I've successfully deregistered and haven't laid a foot on campus. The student accounts department isn't answering any of their phones.
