Funds to be transferred from suspense account

i have been in contact with the student debtors department since 2014 2nd semester.<br> There is the amount of R500 in CPUT's suspense account that they have not moved into my student account.<br> On the 26th of February I spoke to them and they told me they will transfer the money I just need to pay the difference which i did. Till today they have not transferred the money to my student account. I am unable to reach the student debtors department and I am unable to get my certificate.<br> <br> This is unacceptable from a higher educational institution to have this type of attitude towards students.<br> <br> I will be taking this matter up with the Department of higher Education and Training as this type of conduct should not be tolerated at our universities.<br> <br>
