False student debt.

Good day, my name is Khanyisile Natasha Nkwanyana. I am writing in order to get assistance in regards to my matter. In 2022 I enrolled for the academic year 2023 at CPUT in which I got acceptance however I was awaiting response from NSFAS, therefore my registration was not paid. I have later received telecommunication messages saying that I owe the institution R25 645. I didn’t even attend nor pay registration. I have tried means to reach out to their financial aid department as I’m based in Johannesburg and have no financial means of physically reporting to their offices in CPT. I got response saying that cancellations are done physically in their offices. I need assistance as this is affecting my credit record.
