Dissatisfied and disappointed

I am so disappointed on how some CPUT staff failed me. I am supposed to be graduating the 18th of this month which is next week, I doubt I will because of my marks not being updated on time. Now that my marks are updated late, my name is not included in the graduation list and have received any invite to the graduation. I have brought the matter to attention to the course coordinator and promised to assist at the beginning but now what he does he just ignores me and my whtsapp messages. I have asked to meet up with him but has never responded to my request. I have sent emails to other staff who might assist me with the matter, but they also have been sending me around and does not come up with solutions to the matter. That time I have paid my fees fully and have passed my modules I would understand if they were doing this while I'm owing the institution. I am very disappointed.
