Disgusting behavior from CPUT staff!!

My sister was provisionally accepted at CPUT she went to mowbray campus to apply for admission and was just bluntly told that they’re declining her admission.

Firstly we didn’t know that a copy of the Matric certificate was to accompany all the relevant documents needed we asked Mr Williams who was at the front desk if she could make a copy which we would pay for he Just SAID no and turned he’s back on us.. we then asked if he knows of any places nearby that we would make any photocopy he rep**** no u can go anywhere go out and go look he’s other coleague felt so sorry for the way we were treated and offered to make us the copy.. next MR Williams had a squiz at the results and said in declining thanks you can go now, without any explanation or any knowledge of how the process works we just had to leave the premises, this type of behavior is utterly disgusting and disrespectful to say the least! Need I say we now have to forfeit a Bursary because you’re having a bad day MR WILLIAMS !!! Now please I want to know who the heck these staff members think they are to speaking to student or even customers for that matter we are treated worse than animals! This is disgusting behavior from elders what expample are they setting to our future leaders?? Is there no place is this world for people that want to make a different and that want to better their lives? CPUT I am disgusted and extremely disappointed in the way we have been treated today! CPUT MOWBRAY Please get ur act together because actually we pay to be there no one is doing us a favor!!
