I was ill and could not attend class. I advised my HOD of the matter and advised that I havent and will not be attending class due to my illness. <br> I have since requested a refund as I have paid for the full year. My request was at the beginning of this year and I have since completed all the relevant paper work and submitted all my supporting docs. My HOD has even written a letter to motivate that I get my full refund. <br> This is now month 7 and I have still not received my refund. In last month they advised that my matter would be discussed at their SENAX meeting on 24 August 2015 . Prior to the meeting I asked on numerous occasions if all my docs was in order , however noone responded to my emails. After the SENAX meeting , I was told that my request was not approved as I submitted the wrong medical certificate only stating a certain period I was sick. This would not have happened if someone had told me or responded to my email when I asked if my docs were in order. I have since provided the correct medical certificate which means I should get my refund. Ive been sending the requests daily and they just ignoring me. This is ************** and I should be entitled to my refund.
