CPUT staff unprofessional, RUDE & DISMISSIVE

I have been trying to resolve an issue with the CPUT Business faculty for 2 months now. According to the institution; I owe them fees for a course i was registered for. I was not aware of this & was never contacted by the institution. I never attended any classes & never wrote any exams. How is it that I will be billed for privileges that I never enjoyed; surely the institution should have a system that verifies students who were part of the curriculum and those who were/are not. The institution sent my "account" to debt collectors & now i'm receiving calls from them every week.

So I've been calling the business faculty office & the first lady I spoke to was willing to assist but she was so unprofessional over the phone; she put me on hold for long & to talk to another person in their office about her lunch/food. She eventually listened to my case after making me hold for so long & referred me to another colleague (gave me her email address).

When i emailed her colleague there was no response. I sent a follow up email and she responded to the first lady I called asking her why she gave me her email address & they argued via email while copying me in. I then forwarded all the correspondence to somebody senior & she responded immediately but she referred me to a lecturer that had a very rude tone, she was dismissive & was clearly not interested in assisting.

I've kept calm throughout this whole entire process & was never rude or impatient with anyone that I spoke to/emailed. All i want is someone to give me a way forward and advise me on how to resolve the matter
