CPUT not acknowledging settlement discount payments

CPUT promotes early or prompt payments with discounts to entice the payee. It's all a lie! Considering the numerous instances of non-payments in recent years, one might assume that any settlement would be appreciated, and a discount or refund should be provided regardless of whether the payer sends an email request for a discount with payment proof. This should ideally be an automated procedure. Why should their finance department need reminders to fulfill their duties? It seems quite absurd! What happened to ethics or professionalism?
