CPUT Demand Letter but have never studied there

I received a mail from CPUT stating that I'm owing them tuition fees. I don't know how can that be when I have never studied there. I app**** for a course that was going to be offered on part-time bases but was later told the course won't be offered part-time but on full time bases.

I've been trying to get hold of their finance/student debtors department with no luck
