Bad service, unprofessional, useless

Student/customer service: 2/5 They don't always answer the phone, they hang the phone up, give you different emails and phone numbers and make you run in circles. They waste your time but when you owe them money then they're there. Sometimes are very insulting (talk about professionalism)

Lecturers 3/5: There are some amazing lecturers and some really bad lecturers. Some lecturers that are bad, don't take responsibility for their actions, will guilt trip you, lie to your face, show their superiority over you, sarcastic, lazy, might fail you (time is money). In sort, with the bad lecturers, not matter how sweet and professional you are, they will show you that you don't matter and they can do what they want.

Education: 3,5/5 Some of the work feels like it can be completed within 2 years instead of 3 years. Just saying.

Fees: 4/5 The fees aren't bad price but work integrated learning is very expensive. Imagining repeating that subject and you're spending over R7 000. Ridiculous!

Attending to students concerns 2/5: Yet again, there are lecturers who try their best to assist (have to give them their flowers) but there are some( including administrators, deans, HoD, directors, etc.) who cant assist the students. Sometimes they are very unprofessional. If you have a complaint, don't waste your time, leave this university.

Rather go to another university than be stuck and depressed 🙃
