bad customer service

I am very dissapointed in CPUT there need is such a great demand but however there customer service is of no standard. It been a month that am awaiting my refund money and every time I call so much contact numbers there no answer or it gets hung up. I have tried calling since the 18 February 2015 and no one can give me a answer. I have emailed regarding about this and still have not got a response. What makes me more upset is that I paid it full by registration due date but the company it self can't keep ur promise by paying this money back. I have proven evidence stating it does not take longer then a month. Very dissapointed in this service
