Appaling - CPUT

Well, I registered with CPUT in April of 2021 for their CIMA course. After receiving no feedback about when the course will start, I requested a refund in June 2022. After many back and forth's with Ms Anelle Meyer I only received communication in Nov of 2022 with regards to refund but still no refund was made. Once following up again with her, she notifies me that she is no longer with CPUT and now I have to deal with a person(s) regarding my refund. Which means she never submitted the documentation I sent her in 2022. The service of CPUT is appaling!!!
