ALL FAITH LOST IN CPUT EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION

Dear Sir/Madam<br> My name is Moegamat Yaseen, I am a part-time student at your Cape Town campus. Today I send you this email with much disappointment in your institution as I feel that my situation which I was faced with in last year 2015, which even continued into 2016 has not been dealt with properly. Towards the end of last year I was faced with a major challenge and a problem which caused me to fail Financial Accounting 1. <br> I am deeply disappointed in the manner in which my complaint has been dealt with. I was given the opportunity to re-write the one test which I complained about, and where I stated that I was deliberately given a test by my lecturer which was aimed at making me fail that test because of the lecturer taking my complaint personally and possibly because of my religion, needless to say that the test was basically the same as the one which I complained about. Everyone who dealt with my concern/complaint purely looked at my complaint as a student just complaining about a test that he wrote. After I wrote that test, I was never given my mark for that test, I recently received my results and I failed this subject. Can anyone please assist as I have more concerns.
