I have been requesting for my academic records from Delmane De bruyn and Odwa Xoxani since the 11 Nov 2024. I sent follow up emails. They ignored my requests. I copied their superiors, no one responds. I live in Gauteng, traveling to Cape Town to get the records is unnecessary cost. I asked that they let me know what day i should send a courier for collection. Their website indicated the turnaround time to be 5 days. I made the payment, sent proof, affidavit and all the documents they required.
