We contracted this company to install our pool in April 2023, and the experience has been a nightmare from start to finish. While they were very quick to take our money, the quality of their work has been extremely disappointing.

Within a month of installation, the entire pool had dropped. Despite numerous calls and complaints, it took a lot of fighting to get them to return and "repair" their shoddy installation. They sent a new team, who broke our pavers and left the "repaired" pool in a disheveled state for months.

The side walls of the pool have been concave since the first month, indicating severe structural issues. Their so-called lifetime guarantee on their installation is absolute *******. We've tried being nice and friendly multiple times, but a year later, the problem persists and shows signs of getting worse.

Iaan and Melissa Viljoen, we urge you to come sort out our pool and make good on your name and promises. As it stands, we cannot recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable and professional pool installation.
