POOR SERVICE

We switched to CPS as we were unhappy with our security company. We paid for them to upgrade the system to their standard and to ensure everything works like it should. The alarm never works like it should. When we phone because we cannot switch off the alarm to leave the house we are told that there is nothing they can do. The Rhino app they use us useless. The techs cannot seem to solve the problem. The office staff are rude and cut you off while still speaking. At one point my panic button was not even working and this I discovered when I actually needed it. I have to phone in and follow up for everything as they do not get back to us. We have paid call out after call out for the alarm to still not work properly. I cannot even see where the alarm is triggered when it goes off.
