CPOA STONEWALLS - SITTING ON DECEASED's MONEY!

Trying to obtain a refund from CPOA following the death of our mother who owned a property through CPOA is proving impossible. No content response to frequent requests, promises given not met .... NO REFUND! Directors go on holiday and avoid their legal responsibilities per contract and per law. Contemptible behaviour. AVOID CPOA unless you like losing your money intended for family!
