Carrol Platt posted an image of an HD/SDI converter on eBay, described it as such and then shipped a composite video converter to me. I asked for a refund via eBay, she did not want to pay for the return shipping and told me she would refund me. After several attempts to contact her and being ignored I am writing this review.
