DO NOT USE THEM EVER! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT GIVE YOU THE GOODS!

We ordered and paid for shirts from Romona in November 2018. To date we have not received our shirts or a refund as she is avoiding our calls and all attempts to rectify this situation. POOR SERVICE does not even begin to describe this. Please look at the timeline of events below:

12/11/2018 Received a quote for 8 shirts 13/11/2018 Received the invoice for the shirts and confirmed how sizes for the shirts should be measured. 03/12/2018 We confirmed we made payment for the shirts. 04/12/2018 Romona confirmed she received payment for the shirts. 04/12/2018 We confirmed again how to take measurements so we could order the correct sizes. 04/12/2018 Romona confirmed that we were using the correct method to determine the sizes. 04/12/2018 We send her the sizes of the shirts. 13/12/2018 We followed up with Romona as we had not heard anything from her and our initial order was for the 10th of December. 13/12/2018 Romona promises that we would have our order the next day. 14/12/2018 We received the shirts. The sizes was completely wrong. We informed the delivery guy and they told us to contact Romona. Between 07/01/2019 and 01/02/2019 We had telephone conversations with Romona with regards to her collecting the shirts and making us new ones. 21/02/2019 to this date we had not heard anything from Romona. We sent a followup email asking when she will arrange collection of the shirts. 25/02/2019 Romona got back to us saying she will send someone within that week to collect the shirts. 06/03/2019 We sent Romona the following email as she still had not collected the shirts. Good Afternoon, Ramona

Trailing my email below and not being able to get hold of you on your cellphone ( ********** 122) on numerous occasions, can I kindly get an update on when are you going to collect the golf shirts? You confirmed collection for the week of the 25th and to date I am still waiting for collection.

This issue has escalated to top priority for us. Kindly revert back to me urgently. 06/03/2019 Romona responds with. I’m so sorry about this, it has completely slipped my mind, I will send the courier tomorrow morning. 07/03/2019 The shirts were collected. We asked for her to send us sample sizes so we may order the correct sizes so she can rectify the issue. 07/03/2019 Romonas response': I have a company next to me that is going to sort this out for me.

All I need is the 8 sizes that the employees are and we will adjust them to those sizes.

Because I did mention that the cuts are big on those golf t-shirts. (please note she did not say this and we have emails to prove she said they were normal SA sizes) 07/03/2019 We reply that we confirmed the sizes and measurements with her on numerous occasions before we ordered.

03/05/2019 To date we have not received our shirts or a refund. All attempts to contact Ramona has been unsuccessful.

She seems dishonest, do not make use of this company
