Bad service

Very poor service. I a disappointed I expected better from this company. The service is poor, after paying for a service on the 14 Nov, until today my gates are not fully fixed. I call everyday, with no communication from their side. And when I call no one knows what's happening with my job card. It's like I'm begging them to give me service after having paid the invoice in full. It's disappointing.
