Unhappy client

I'm a very unhappy client ,waiting on a deposit refund. Going on for how many months now and still nothing . We are in contact but no funds, just lies upon lies from Mr Keanu Kietas. The company or office closed down in Century city and so it's social media pages , WHY????.
