EMPTY PROMISES, STAY AWAY!

I purchased a vehicle from CPI Auto acting on behalf of 021 Auto T/A BNA Motors in July of 2021. The vehicle was sold to me with a "full-service history". The owner (Keeanu) informed me that they removed the service books from the vehicle due to "theft upon test driving" and that they would arrange to have the vehicle armrest and service book sent to me.

Still to this day (13 Feb 2024) I have not received anything. I initially posted a review which was removed because Keeanu called requesting me to remove it because the contract was signed between me and BNA Motors.

It has gotten to the point now where no one is accepting responsibility (most likely the reason they work through so many companies, so no one can be held accountable). In fairness, CPI Auto repaired the aircon on the car.

I am also now convinced that the vehicle sold to me never had a service history as stated in calls and is now starting to cost me thousands in repairs because routine services were not done or at least mentioned to me during the sales process.

MY ADVICE, STAY AWAY!!!!
