We have rendered Recruitment Services to CPA - The owner Schalk De Bruin has falsely signed our Memorandum of Agreement on behalf of Risenga Attorneys, which he does not have authority to do.

We have successfully placed a a candidate and he has still not paid for our services after on written email stated that and I quote "I hereby undertake to pay your invoice at month end" which he did not do. Since then I have not received any correspondence from Schalk. Really disappointing to say the least as you expect if you work with "Legal Representatives" that they will uphold and comply with payment terms.
