I am writing this review to caution potential customers about my dreadful experience with CP van Rooyen, trading as Winelands Safety Consult (Christo van Rooyen). After purchasing an inverter from him, I encountered nothing short of a nightmare in terms of service and professionalism.

To begin with, the installation and COC performed by Winelands Safety Consult was shockingly *******. It became apparent to me after the installation that not only did they lack the proper permits and certifications for the work, but the quality of the installation itself was subpar and posed serious safety risks.

Upon realizing these issues, I immediately reached out to Christo van Rooyen to rectify the situation. However, what followed was a prolonged and exhausting battle to get the problem resolved. Despite numerous attempts to contact him and seek assistance, I was met with indifference, delays, and excuses.

It's been almost a year since I first raised the issue, and yet still waiting for him to rectify this. The lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction displayed by Christo van Rooyen is utterly unacceptable.

I strongly advise anyone considering his services to look elsewhere. Not only did I receive a faulty product, but the negligent installation and the subsequent lack of assistance have left me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated.
