Failed to defend me while under debt review

I app**** for Debt review under Theunis Petrus Douglas on the 19th of January 2015 I paid R6000 Professional fee to the debt counsellor and every month from the 19th of march 2015 till the 15th of March 2016 I was paying R400 monthly care fee. The following month I paid Cristoffel Petrus Van der Merve R5 500 for my court preparations. Both the Debt counsellor and the attorney assured me that since I paid them they will make sure that I'm protected. I would never receive any harassments from the creditors and they would negotiate affordable instalments on my behalf. Every month I was paying R9,007,37 which was distributed to my creditors without skipping the payments. I was surprised when the sheriff of the court comes to me wanted to reposes my car and when I phoned the Debt review office they say there is nothing they can do its the attorney's fault and he must sort it out since I paid him. Mr Van der Merve failed to resolve the matter and instead he requested that I should pay him R25 000 Deposit to go and challenge the matter in the high court of which I paid the agreed amount but I was never help instead I'm loosing my assets. I need a refund because breach of Contract.
