Fridge Issues

My Fridge was broken according to the so I call the professionals. They came the same day fix/look at my issues.

They informed me that they need to flush the system and re-gas. As a none repair guy I did leave this to the professionals.

They provide an invoice and I made the payment (ABSA had an issue this day) Phone to release the funds and they did. Did get a proof of payment from the app and later via email as normal.

They had to comeback as my fridge inside frozen and they fix the issue.

I made contact several time and did get informed that they will come. This was on several occasions.

I call a different service provider to have a look at the Fridge as he fixes one of my issues and informed me: The previous guys over filled the gas that is why the pipe is freezing They used a different gas that is why my fridge is making a noise

To get the noise gone the following will need to happen: replace the oil as this did get contaminated with the new gas and re gas.

I am currently disabled due to a brain operation , post cancer treatment and unemployed.

I know they “worked” on my fridge but do feel they damage this more then fixing this.
