Found plastic inside a pepper steak mini pie

<p>So I bought myself three pack of pepper steak mini pies only to find that After I had a bit off one it had a plastic inside...now my concern is that what if a child had consumed that plastic only because the pasty bakers were ******** in checking what is put in their products? </p>
