Cozyheaven Boksburg

The guest house Cozyheaven in Whitfield South Africa is listed with Booking.com. We made a reservation but received a cancellation message from them after lannding at OR Tambo airport. The excuse was the room is not available anymore due to a water leak. We were stranded and had to make last minute alternative arrangements for accommodation elsewhere. Cozyheaven don't answer phone calls or react to messages through the booking.com server. It is either ********** service or a ****. My advice is to avoid using them as we believe it has also happened to other guests who booked and paid through Booking.com
