I placed and paid an order of a bedding set on 16 April 2023 for my daughter's birthday which is on 25 April 2023 and I still haven't received anything. I lost al my money which I have been saving up for her. I've been trying to contact them ever since by tracking companies, email, social media and any way I could. Now the website says it's unavailable and emails no longer work. I don't know what I did to deserve this. I'm a good person and cannot imagine how humans can be so cruel. I wish all the other people to whom it also has happened will also review here. Please tell me there is a thread of hope in just getting my money back, even if it's half of it. I feel I disappointed my daughter so much. HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!! I DON'T KNOW WHAT I SHOULD DO 😭
