Pathetic customer service

Cozy quarters customer service is pathetic! Thought I'd support local and bought a mirror Nov 2025. What has since happened in terms of cozy quarters handling my concerns had been shambolic and I wouldn't recommend anyone to make any purchases there.

1. The comms around updating the progress of my purchase and delivering it on the indicated date range was poor. I'm the one who had to constantly reach out to find out the status, and no acknowledgement that delivery was late.

2. Once the mirror was delivered, i wasn't happy with the design of it and communicated this, they then collected it and promised to make the changes I requested. Only to deliver it again with no changes made. 3. Arranging collection and delivery with these people ia a nightmare, the delivery guy is very unprofessional and does not communicate when he cannot make the agreed on time and date. But rather sends snide remarks on WhatsApp telling me "oh well it ia what it is, I'll come collect when I can" Would 100% not recommend making a purchase at cozy quarters!
