Goods not delivered. No one responding. No refund recieved

I placed an order with Cozy Comforts, paid in full, but never received my order. No one has responded to any of my texts, emails or phone calls. I have lost the full value of my order and have no recourse with the company, as they are not responding at all. Terrible experience with terrible service.
