No Customer Service & No Return Policy

Attention Ladies - Cozie ZA: No Customer Support, No Returns My experience with Cozie ZA has been extremely disappointing. I purchased three items and contacted the company the very next day regarding my order. Despite following up again three times, five business days later, I received no response whatsoever. Based on my personal experience, there appears to be no effective customer support process and no willingness to assist customers with returns or concerns. The lack of communication and support is unacceptable. I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing from this company. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend supporting a business that does not respond to its customers after taking their money. Rating: 0/5
