Battle with return Items, no address info

Battle with return Items, no address info. Ignoring all my emails, Facebook messages, as there is only one email address, which also seems no one reads it as no reaction at all. Ordered 3 bras, 2 exact same size and style but 2 colours. 1 fit 100%, the other marked as same size but very smaller. Straples bra no 3 the cups is damaged on receipt, only 1 reply received after complaining of poor service on Facebook public was that the creases is only because of how it was send...I need to steam or wash it. Not acceptable for a bra priced at more than R500 each!! I now feel like it is all a ***** as no contact number or person to speak to, no address ro send returns for refund claims.
