NO Support from CO.ZA Domain Administration

This is very unprofessional service or rather NO service received from CO.ZA And to top it I still haven’t received my money paid back! It’s rather unbelievable to deal with a company that are not prepared to help and assist you to get your business back on track Sad sad  To tell me “ YOU (me) have to phone the company in China and buy back your domain was just a classic WOW!!! This is surely the best answer I was not prepared for. I am totally lost for words about the customer help/service I received.  CAN I JUST GET MY MONEY BACK? - Proof of the payment was send thru several times as with my Banking details! I will find another hosing company that are willing to assist me.
