Systematic ******

I have been in George all my life and have always had a pleasant experience at cactus. However, I have heard a few rumours about this systematic ****** that has occurred in cactus but never experienced it until YESTERDAY. Last night went out for a quick dinner at cactus because I haven't been there in quite a while and I remember their food was top quality. Upon entrance I received no assistance and had to find my own way and wasn’t welcomed at all. I went to the bar area requesting service and wanted to place my order for a pizza but was advised that the kitchen was closed. I then figured since I came all the way I might as well have a quick drink. While speaking to the bartender he then simply walked away. I then got the attention of the second bartender and he then advised me that he won’t be able to serve me due to rounds being over. Fair enough, I then went to take a seat outside waiting for my friends to finish up in the bathroom. Upon waiting for them one of my mutual friends approached me and offered to buy me a drink and to my surprise he was helped instantly. I then took my beverage and took a seat. The owner then approached me advising that I was not welcome and I should leave instantly. I was not causing a scene, I wasn’t out of place but he couldn't advise me on way I'm not welcomed. I then asked him am I at least allowed to finish my beverage ( that was paid for ). He then rudely and bluntly said no, I should just leave and leave it behind. The bouncer then approached me on my way out and apologised on behalf of the owner. I tried to explain to the bouncer (that witnessed everything) that I am confused on way I am being treated this way. I have never been so humiliated before. If I caused a scene or was out of place then I understand but this is unacceptable from any place rendering a service. They just lost a paying customer because they couldn’t look past the colour of my skin. I will take extreme measures on all social platforms to insure that EVERYONE knows how ****** they are. No person should’ve ever feel this way or be treated like this. Look forward to hearing from you Regards
