Unjustified R200 parking ticket

I somewhat lost my parking ticket, having spent just over 45 minutes within the Centre. When I went back to Centre management I encountered a young Indian man who sits at the front desk to ask for some assistance. He rudely responded to me and was of no assistance whatsoever. I then called the person who he referred me to who was in charge of the ticketing issues. He then arrived and so I asked him to please just verify my coming in to the Centre by checking the cameras and estimating my time there because nothing could possibly justify me paying R200 for a lost ticket.

Suffice to say, I was not assisted but told if I could not pay the R200 then I must leave my car. That’s the assistance I got.

They could not justify the amount nor could they have any empathy towards my situation, despite having spent money within their shops. They still bul**** me into paying another R200 that they couldn’t justify, even after they had the footage of my timeframe of being in the Centre.

Never again will I be shopping or supporting anything to do with that centre.
