Worst service ever

I thought having a birthday celebration would be pleasant at this place however it was just a joke. From the food to the service everything went wrong. Staff cannot even wear their mask in the kitchen area when handling the customers food and the manager doesn't even care that we sat there from 7 pm untill 11pm
