Bad Bad Bad

We booked a table to celebrate a birthday. The service was terrible. it took over an hour to get our order. We had arranged with the hostess that we could bring a cake and candles and they should serve it after our main meal. We had to remind the twice in the kitchen to bring the cake. in the process they even broke the candles. the kitchen staff had no masks while preparing the meals. our steak that were ordered supposed to be well done. we were served medium rare steaks instead. I complained to the hostess and the manager which went on deaf ears. I spen R2 800 to get this kind of service. pathetic and terrible. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
