unattended claim

Hello, I am currently experiencing a problem with Covision underwritten by Hollard, my sister passed away on the 03 March 2015 she had a policy with them as the beneficiary I emailed necessary documentation to them on the 04 March 2015 till now I'm still waiting if I don't contact them they don't contact me...the service I received from them is shocking and unacceptable
