Covision cancelled my policy without my knowledge

I called the company to help me check and the lady said the policy has lapsed and they are still debiting.

No email or sms to communicate the termination or cancellation of the policy. The policy was taken 2009 and no cashback has been received and no communication. Was told to send the bank statement until they can help

Can you imagine if i found this out when it is burial time? this is not right, not at all.
